Kroger Digital Coupon FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about saving with the Kroger app and Kroger Plus Card.

This FAQ covers the questions GrocerySnip readers ask most often about Kroger's digital coupon program. If you're new to the Kroger app, start with our Kroger store hub, which walks through how to load and stack offers.

Why didn't my Kroger digital coupon apply at checkout?

The most common reasons are: the item didn't exactly match the coupon (size, variety, or count restriction), the coupon expired between when you clipped and when you shopped, or your Plus Card wasn't scanned. If the discount didn't appear on your receipt, customer service can usually adjust on the spot if the item is in the bag.

How many Kroger digital coupons can I clip at once?

There is no published limit on the number of digital coupons you can have clipped at one time, and clipping does not lock you in — unused coupons simply expire on their listed date. We recommend clipping liberally; you can't use what you didn't clip.

Can I use a manufacturer paper coupon with a Kroger digital coupon?

Yes, on the same item. Kroger's coupon policy permits one manufacturer coupon (paper or digital) plus one store coupon per item. Many "Kroger digital" offers are technically store coupons, which means a manufacturer paper coupon stacks on top.

Do Kroger digital coupons work for pickup and delivery?

Yes. Any digital coupon you have clipped before you place a pickup or delivery order will be applied to the order automatically if the items match.

Why do my Kroger Cash Back rewards take a few days to show up?

Cash Back rewards post to your account within 7-10 days of the qualifying transaction. The receipt in the app will show "Pending" until the reward clears, after which it converts to Kroger Pay credit you can spend on a future trip.
