What we collect

If you sign up for the GrocerySnip HQ Weekly Deals Alert, we collect the email address you give us, an optional first name (used only to personalize the email greeting), and an optional ZIP code (used only to surface deals from supermarket chains in your region). That's it for personal information.

Like nearly every website, our servers log standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. We use this only for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics. We do not sell or share these logs.

How we use it

Email addresses are used solely to send you the weekly newsletter you signed up for. We do not send promotional blasts on behalf of third parties. ZIP codes are used to filter the deals shown in your weekly email — they never leave our system.

Third-party services

This site does not currently run third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Pages are static — no ad-network cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

Affiliate links

Links to third-party savings tools on GrocerySnip HQ are plain links. We do not currently use affiliate tracking links and earn nothing when you click them. If we add affiliate relationships in the future, we will disclose them here and on the pages where they appear.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the weekly email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any newsletter. You can also email us to request deletion of your information. We will confirm and complete the deletion within seven days.

Updates

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here and date the change. For material changes — like a new category of data collection — we'll also email subscribers in advance.
